Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
Founder-stage terms provided for transparency. Not legal advice; a counsel-reviewed agreement will replace this before commercial launch.
The service
MediaLanes is a marketplace and managed execution platform that connects businesses needing digital marketing execution with verified marketing experts.
Client responsibilities
Clients provide accurate objectives, timely approvals, and any platform access required for a task. Clients are responsible for their own advertising budgets and platform policy compliance.
Expert responsibilities
Experts deliver only work they are verified to perform, meet the scope and SLA of any claimed task, maintain confidentiality, and never share or retain client credentials.
Task scope, SLA and quality
Each task defines scope, delivery window and acceptance criteria. Submitted work is reviewed through task-specific quality assurance and may be returned for revision before approval.
Payments and payouts
Clients pay for defined tasks or retainers. Task payment is held and expert payout becomes eligible after quality approval. Final commercial rates are not yet published.
Confidentiality
Both sides treat information exchanged through the platform as confidential and use it only to deliver the task.
Intellectual property
On approval and payment, deliverables produced for a client task transfer to that client. MediaLanes retains rights in the platform itself.
Disputes
Task disputes are managed through the MediaLanes dispute process, which reviews scope, submitted work and quality outcomes.
Limitation of liability
MediaLanes is not liable for advertising platform outcomes, media spend results, or indirect losses arising from campaign performance.
